UK Delivery
- FREE standard shipping on orders over £30
- Standard shipping: £3.50 (3-5 working days)
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking
Processing Time
All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be printed and dispatched. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, contact us at sarahs3dprints@gmail.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the items.
Returning Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging where possible
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us
Return postage: You are responsible for return costs unless items are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
